Our mission is to provide the most on target and comprehensive fitness experience for each of our members in a state-of-the-art facility, surrounded by a knowledgeable, certified and caring professional staff, where the focus is our members.
Our facility features the following:
- CardioTV: In addition to the 45 pieces of cardiovascular equipment available for our members, each piece of equipment offers a multimedia experience, which includes a wide selection of Time Warner Cable television channels.
- GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES: All group fitness classes are included in your membership. We offer 22 group fitness classes a week, in our newly renovated group fitness studio.
- ORIENTATION: Each member is entitled to a complimentary orientation with a certified personal trainer, where the trainer will familiarize the member with many different pieces of equipment. Each orientation is approximately 45 minutes in length and is by appointment only.
- STEAM/SAUNA/LOCKER ROOM: AIM Fitness features modern shower and locker facilities for both men and women, both with the latest in steam and sauna technologies.
- PERSONAL TRAINING: AIM Fitness has a variety of certified personal trainers to work one-on-one with members who would like assistance creating a customized exercise regimen to achieve personal goals. Prices vary depending upon the individual trainer.
- CHILD CARE: Child care is available for $1.00 per hour for children 6 months to 12 years of age. There is a 2 hour time limit and parents must remain in the fitness club. Child care is open Monday-Friday 9am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm, and Saturdays 9am-12pm.
